We still have highs in the mid-90s here in Upstate SC. That is unusual for September, there is no hint of Fall in the air, but in the stores, there is pumpkin spice this and that, and Halloween stuff. I love Halloween, and will celebrate this year by watching the entire "Addams Family" TV series from my childhood in the 1960s. I finally got it on DVD, as streaming is getting expensive or unreliable.

To your point on streaming and dvds/blu-rays; I too, have been amassing disc versions of fave series for the same reason (and others; looking at you Star Trek and Paramount). Keep in mind that a number of manufacturers have stopped making disc players altogether, as the market has gravitated towards streaming. So I bought a couple Sony blu-ray players to have in reserve if my main players crap out (which they will eventually) and everyone stops making them.

It's definitely turned noticeably fallish here in south central Maine. A few trees have already started to turn.

I notice the later sun more than anything, but the flowers are giving notice, too. We just enjoy it while we can!
