I always love your movie reviews—just the right amount of snarkiness with tantalizing bits here and there that make me want to see it (although, to be fair, this is something I'd watch if there was 𝘢𝘣𝘴𝘰𝘭𝘶𝘵𝘦𝘭𝘺 𝘯𝘰𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘰𝘯, lol!). Body-switch movies are kind of old hat and have been done to death, I can't believe they're still being made. My witchy/woo-ey daughter-in-law will sometimes post about some “rare planetary alignment" thing happening but thus far I've never seen anything in the news about any body-switching going on. I've always got my fingers crossed to be one of the (usually) two people affected by it, though. 😉
On another note, Mrs Mild and I went to see the Miyazaki movie, The Boy and The Heron (would recommend). We sat thru what seemed like 30 minutes of previews, most of which were either horror movies or the "underdog(s) who beat the odds". One of them had an actual dog as a part of the story. These were advertised as "Based on the Book/True Story/Real Events". None of them were anything Mrs Mild or I would be interested in.
There was an interesting article (maybe Substack) recently about how men's hobbies are all outdoors (cars, golf, sports in general), while women's are indoors (sewing, knitting, etc). It's a generalization, of course, but this movie description sounds like it is living up to that stereotype.

Thanks!
We liked your review and would probably enjoy this movie simply for the level of cleverness.
However, we understand that Netflix recently canceled its Palestinian series, and a boycott has been called.
We have stopped our Netflix subscription.
Still appreciate good reviews like this. Thank you.
