If Socialism is defined by the government owning the means of production, why is the media being silent about the Trump regime taking ownership stakes in “strategic partners” the likes of US Steel, Intel, Global Foundries, IBM, etc.? It’d have been insane for FDR, Churchill and Stalin to fight publicly over communism vs liberty vs imperialism at a time when Nazi armies were ascendant. Pete has the right idea—focus on taking out the enemy, we can debate policy distinctions later.

Even if I didn't already like much of what he stands for, I would vote for him solely based on his idea of expanding the Supreme Court and taking the corruption and extremism out of it. Roberts has destroyed the institution, and Buttigieg knows how to fix it.
