There’s a good possibility that, had the WI Supreme Court been constituted like today’s, the Republicans legislators and lawyers who illegally drew up the gerrymandered maps behind closed doors in 2010 would be finishing their prison sentences. Justice in WI now waits on the county DAs who have the option, but now the obligation (!), to prosecute the fake electors of 2020. WI still has a long way to go to move out of the lawless Republican supermajority years.
