I find it really disturbing that people seem to feel the need to endorse shitty behavior to prove their anti-murder bonafides. I'm completely fine saying nothing but "murder is wrong" out of respect for the family, but I'm not going to pretend an multi-million dollar operation that seems to consist of bullying college students who say stupid things for an online audience is healthy political discourse.
I also want to add that there is no difference whatsoever between the demands from the right that everyone repeat their opinions about Charlie Kirk and the behavior of the left in 2020 that many people decried as beyond the pale, other than the fact that in this case it's coming from elected officials as opposed to annoying randos on the internet. (That said, in both cases, I feel the most contempt for people that are too big of weenies to just say no to demands to share opinions that they don't agree with.)
Republicans are evil. National Democrats are, by and large, fucking cowards. All they do is surrender. It's like they don't really believe in the things they believe.
"Kirk’s birthday, which he shares with George Floyd. That’s a pointed irony, considering how some Republicans have described Kirk’s murder as “their George Floyd,”
So they're acknowledging that Floyd' was brutally murdered 'unjustly'? That's the only way they could possibly be allowed this conceit...

Again, America is fucked because Republicans are deeply corrupt and Democrats are (in large) cowards.

State and local Democrats are better.
Why Did So Many Democrats Surrender To The Charlie Kirk Myth?
That's simple, they are unmitigated chicken shits.
I'm still disappointed in McBride's vote though I understand why she voted the way she did.
