Let's hope Merchan, in the hearing, is taking this shit seriously and can do some bench judgment. President Klan Robe can be put into administrative segregation; it's nice and secure, and ideally should keep him off his phone.

Anyhow. Since Trump’s platform calls for retribution, I can see why jurors would be afraid. Trump needs to have his phone taken out of his cold little hands. Perhaps juror 2 needs to file a complaint of some sort against Fox.
It’s all a farce until a gag order is enforced. We can say all we want about this but, until a judge holds Trump accountable for misbehaving, it’s all a meaningless farce designed to keep us from burning the joint to the ground with all of them inside.
I’ll say it again: Nothing is ever going to happen to Donald Trump. He will be found not guilty and the government will be required to issue an apology and pay his legal fees. It’s a fucking farce.
