On a less uplifting note, we lost Diane Keaton last week. I might never recover.

I Already Miss Diane Keaton

Keaton was 79. Meanwhile, there are other 79 year olds who are still with us and inflicting a great deal of suffering. As Hamilton’s Aaron Burr says, “Death doesn’t discriminate between the sinners and the saints. It takes, and it takes.” (Watch below.)

Oh, yes, the “No Kings Protest” is Saturday. MAGA has dubbed this an “anti-America, pro-terrorist” jamboree, so put on your spookiest frog costume and do the Monster Mash. I imagine Portland will keep it weird.
